November

 This month we enjoyed getting up in the mountains after a good snow fall. This was Eliza's first time out in the cold, so we bundled her up well. She slept most of the trip away. We took a picnic and enjoyed the views and our fresh tracks.

 

We always like to celebrate veterans day and this year Philip got to sing at a Jazz Game. Eliza and I were able to watch him and we stayed for awhile to watch the game too. My favorite picture is of her holding the flag while she is asleep and amazingly, she smiled at the same time. We also were invited by a friend to attend their elementary school's program honoring veterans.

 



 

 

Audrey came up for a visit and it was so fun to see her and her new baby Emmaline. This was one of the funniest pictures to me because she looks so bored. Matt and Emily were able to come visit as well and we all went to lunch at Smash burgers.

 

Well its been 3 years since Philip and I got married and they have been life changing to say the least. Philip is wonderful and now our family is even better with Eliza. Philip's mom Ruth babysat for us while we celebrated and went to dinner.

 

Thanksgiving was nice and we spent it with Philip's family. I was on call for work, but got to enjoy the turkey and family time instead of working. Sorry I forgot the camera so no pictures of that day. Tawnya came down to have Thanksgiving with Jami's family, but we were able to get together with them later and have Abbey and her girls come up, and Seth and Suzanne.
